On this particular project we were requested to provide all architectural drawings, steel calculations, and liaise with the local planning and building control departments to design and build a rear single storey extension and renovation work. The work incorporated a beautiful minimal modern look, aluminium bi-folding doors, aluminium sky lanterns for extra natural sunlight, steel knock-throughs to create a lovely large living area, fitted kitchen, quartz worktops with upstands, double undermounted butler sink, a chimney built feature for an undermounted extractor fan and induction oven, a bespoke fitted food larder, led dimmable zone down lights, a snug tv area, dining area for that spectacular rear outside view, anthracite grey radiators, lovely light shades of paint to complement the extension, with rustic oak waterproof LVT plank oak flooring.
