Double Garage Conversion to 1 Bed Annexe

We were recently approached by our clients requesting a tired double garage be converted to full living accommodation an annexe . We firstly sourced windows and doors to match the existing house , formed a kitchenette , lounge area leading to a ensuite and bedroom with Karndean plank style water resistant flooring throughout and finished with an exterior courtyard landscaped patio area.
